Newly Crowned Beauty Queen, Nazlie Mojiri, Announces the Launch of Her Campaign, “Bringing Out Beauty in Texas,” A Campaign Driven Towards Raising Awareness and Funds with a Series of Events and Projects to Motivate the Community to Unite with Confidence to Build a More Beautiful Texas.
Dallas, TX, Sept. 13, 2011 /Krista Kelley PR/ - - Last week, Dallas’ own, Nazlie Mojiri, recently crowned Miss Dallas U.S. 2012, launched her campaign, “Bringing Out Beauty in Texas.” The title holder’s campaign is centered on children and the community. She has several upcoming events and activities planned that aim to build teamwork, confidence, awareness, and acceptance, while empowering others-especially children, to make an impact in their community.
Miss Dallas U.S. 2012 proudly announces, “Beauty comes in various forms and fashions. I’m passionate about making a difference in the community and in the lives of children. I want to give the eyes and ears of Texas something different to behold and appreciate.” Off to a great start, Miss Dallas U.S. 2012 has an agenda filled with appearances, meet and greets, civic leader meetings, fund raising events, and charitable projects-all part of her campaign, “Bringing Out Beauty in Texas.”

Nazlie Mojiri was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. After fourteen years of competitive figure skating, the Texas Native became an ice girl for the Dallas Stars National Hockey League for two consecutive years. The avid sports enthusiast landed an internship with Fox Sports Southwest. As a senior at the Southern Methodist University, Nazlie is pursuing a degree in television and film. Acting as ambassador for USAFRICA Superstar, a charity showcasing talents for humanity, allows Nazlie to extend aid and awareness for children in Africa, too. Taking part in activities with the patients at Texas
Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Nazlie continues to help children in Texas. No Stranger to the spotlight, Ms. Mojiri reflects her Texas pride through her commitment to represent her state in numerous pageants. Crowned Miss Frisco 2009, Miss Plano 2010, and now Miss Dallas United States 2012, Nazlie will proceed to represent her city as she prepares to compete in the Miss Texas USA pageant this Fall.
