Sunnyvale football players receive all-state honors
Sunnyvale senior Brandon Garza was recently named an honorable mention selection on the Class 2A all-state team.
Garza, a linebacker, recorded 173 tackles in helping lead the Raiders to a 7-3 record this season.
In addition, Garza and senior Hayden Long were honored for the work in the classroom as they were each named to the All-State Academic Team.
