Police calls for Aug. 6 - 13 compiled from information provided by the Police Department.

Aug. 6

12:21 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of South Louisiana Drive. Vehicle at closed business, was dropping off vehicle for repair.

2:15 a.m. - Suspicious vehicle at Walnut and Louisiana. Vehicle pulled over on side of roadway after leaving known location. No violations.

1:55 p.m. - Fraud in the 200 block of West Pecan Street. A business's bank account has been hacked. Unknown suspect transferred money out of business bank account. Report filed.

6:36 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 330 block of Twin Lakes Drive. Person at this address riding a four-wheeler with an 18-month-old child. Unable to locate.

Aug. 7

12:27 a.m. - Suspicious person in the 700 block of West Main Street. Neighbor yelling and cursing, threatening to harm Reporting Person. Suspect transported by Celina Fire Department to Centennial Hospital. Offense report filed.

2:27 a.m. - Follow-up investigation at Centennial Hospital. Transported suspect from hospital to jail. Suspect booked in at 3:20 a.m. Offense and arrest report filed.

7:31 a.m. - Loose livestock at Preston and County Road 95. Loose cow, unable to locate.

8:24 a.m. - Threats in the 500 block of Andalusian Trail. Reporting Person received threat by phone. RP called home builder several times about a bad sprinkler head. Individual called back and told RP to stop calling him. Officer advised RP to stop calling home builder. No offense occurred.

1:58 p.m. - Major accident at Farm-to-Market Road 428 and County Road 56. Major accident, two vehicles. Accident report filed.

5:18 p.m. - Juvenile problem in the 100 block of North Ohio Drive. Juveniles making loud noises in library. Officer spoke to librarian and parents of children involved. Situation resolved.

6:57 p.m. - Theft in the 300 block of Palomino Lane. Reporting Person states that a person who stayed with her has stolen items from her. Located some of the stolen items in suspect's mother's house. Offense report completed.

8:25 p.m. - Harassment in the 400 block of South Ohio Drive. Known sex offender staring at children. Known sex offender looking at Reporting Person's child. No offense occurred.

Aug. 8

6:58 a.m. - Theft in the 300 block of Stefhanie Drive. Truck stolen during the night. Offense report completed.

8:12 a.m. - Loose livestock at County Road 83 and Heritage. Two loose cows, owner showed up and put two cows back in. Situation resolved.

11:50 a.m. - Theft in the 200 block of West Pecan Street. Three rings were taken from safe. Offense report completed.

2:30 p.m. - Found property in the 100 block of North Ohio Drive. Found property believed to be narcotics was seized. Information report filed.

9:33 p.m. - Traffic hazard in the 1800 block of North Preston Road. Limbs in roadway. Removed big limbs from roadway.

9:51 p.m. - Prowler in the 2800 block of Quarter Horse Lane. Made contact with owner or residence and returned tub of clothes that belongs to her daughter. No report taken.

11:40 p.m. - Juvenile problem at Maple and Ohio. Juvenile out past curfew. On way home a few blocks away.

Aug. 9

10:02 a.m. - Noise complaint in the 400 block of South Ohio Drive. Loud car radio, subject will not turn his radio up loud in future, verbal warning issued.

11:48 a.m. – Fireworks complaint in the 5400 block of Pebble Creek Drive. Kids in backyard discharging fireworks. No one at residence. Left a note on the door.

1:19 p.m. - Minor accident at Preston and Ash. Hit-and-run minor, accident report filed.

6:42 p.m. - Threats in the 500 block of Connemara Court. Possible threats by email. Spoke with both parties. Advised adults not to have any contact with the other's children. No offense occurred.

7:26 p.m. - Suspicious vehicle in the 800 block of West Walnut Street. White Honda van in parking lot, has been there for awhile. Hispanic male speaking to male subject on bicycle. Has been there 15 minutes. Reporting Person advised he does not belong in area. Offense report filed for failing to identify and evading arrest.

8:23 p.m. - Disturbance in the 400 block of East Maple Street. Verbal disturbance. Information report and criminal trespass filed.

Aug. 10

6:39 a.m. – Citizen contact in the 2800 block of Saddlebred Trail. Reporting Person has information about his son using drugs. Documentation only. RP wanted to notify police that he found what he thinks are drugs. Officer told RP that he needs to speak with investigators before going further.

8:47 a.m. – Suspicious person in the 2800 block of Saddlebred Trail. Reporting Person said that there is a juvenile that has been giving his son drugs walking down his street. Juvenile was just walking to pool. No offense occurred.

9:29 a.m. – Welfare check in the 600 block of Georgia Drive. Neighbor says that garage door to address has been open a couple of days and would like for someone to check on elderly female that lives there. Owner is in nursing home. House secured.

11:07 a.m. –Trash dumping in the 500 block of West Cedar Street. Reporting Person stzted that someone left a trash can full of wood in front of his house. RP will be talking to trash company to come get it. Wants incident documented.

11:42 a.m. – Animal complaint in the 200 block of South Illinois Drive. Loose dog, referred to another agency. Animal control is picking up dog.

12:47 p.m. – Peddler complaint at Ohio and Walnut. Individuals going door-to-door in downtown area selling furniture. Individuals had permit from city. Officer advised them to not park their semi truck on the square.

4:25 p.m. – 911 hang-up in the 1200 block of Stanford. 911 hang-up at swimming pool. Unknown cause. All parties at location were O.K. No offense.

6:49 p.m. – Suspicious person in the 700 block of East Pecan Street. Employees state that there are three persons in Dollar General wearing heavy, cold weather clothes in 100-degree temperature. No offense occurred.

8:11 p.m. – Traffic stop at Oklahoma and Preston. Attempt to catch up to motorcycle speeding and ran stop sign. Recovered stolen motorcycle.

8:14 p.m. – Backup officer at Ash and Oklahoma. Assist officer with trying to stop a motorcycle. Arrested one.

9 p.m. – Criminal trespass in the 100 block of Hillside Drive. There are 4 people trespassing on Reporting Person’s property and getting in RP’s pond. RP went to confront them and they walked back to apartments they live in. RP said that he just wanted to let police know what was happening and that when the kids go back out there, he will call the police. No report per complainant.

9:06 p.m. – Animal complaint in the 200 block of West Pecan Street. Kitten with hair removed from neck. Unable to locate kitten, no answer on call to Reporting Person.

9:39 p.m. – Road rage in the 600 block of East Sunset Boulevard. Unable to locate. Reporting Person went inside Prosper city limits. Call transferred.

9:39 p.m. – Reckless driver in the 600 block of Sunset Boulevard. Black Cadillac pulled into parking lot of Brookshire’s and is yelling at Reporting Person. Lost connection with RP. Referred to another agency, vehicle went into Prosper.

Aug. 11

1:43 a.m. Assault in the 200 block of North Colorado Drive. Reporting Person states someone just knocked her son out. Victim went to hospital by EMS. Suspect fled area. Offense report completed.

7:39 a.m. – 911 hang-up in the 500 block of East Elm Street. Juvenile heard noise outside and got scared. No offense occurred.

1:34 p.m. –Harassment in the 300 block of East Elm Street. Reporting Person states her neighbor came over and was arguing. Verbal argument. Suspect stated that neighbor’s boys are whistling at her daughter. Advised both parties to contact police for any further incidents. No offense occurred.

6:14 p.m. - Suspicious circumstances in the 1200 block of Miller Lane. Open door on van. As officer was exiting to check vehicle, owner came out and stated he forgot to close it. Documentation only.

8:41 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of North Ohio Drive. Black Ford Focus parked on square for 2 days. Driver is waiting for city court to open on Monday. Documentation only.

9:50 p.m. – Assist other agency at Frontier and Custer. Assist deputy. Reporting Person heard about 9 shots fired in area. Checked area, unable to locate.

Aug. 12

12:13 a.m. – Noise complaint in the 300 block of Tabiono Court. Loud music, parties warned to turn music down.

12:13 a.m. – Noise complaint in the 300 block of Tabiono Court. Fourth call on loud music. This was first contact with problem. Other 3 calls gave wrong address. Music had been turned down at this time.

1:16 a.m. – Noise complaint at Tabiono and Apaloosa. Individuals moved party to another house.

3:21 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 12000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 428. Toyota parked in park after hours. Driver stated he was trying to calm down after getting in argument with his wife.

2:37 p.m. – Intoxicated person in the 12000 block of Farm-to-Market Road 428. Reporting Person states there are people drinking beer at the park. Unable to locate individual with beer.

8:44 p.m. – Suspicious person in the 100 block of North Ohio. White male sitting in vehicle, Same suspect from last night.

8:50 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of North Ohio Drive. Driver is still waiting for city hall to open Monday.

Aug. 13

12:05 a.m. - Suspicious person in the 2600 block of Old Stables Drive. Reporting Person states there is a white male walking around her neighbor’s house. Unable to locate..

1:46 a.m. – Loose livestock at Farm-to-Market Road 455 and County Road 57. Loose horse, horse secured.

1:47 a.m. – Loose livestock at Farm-to-Market Road 455 and County Road 9. Horse in roadway. Located horse, owners agreed to house horse until owner comes for it.

12:15 p.m. – Motorist assist.at Preston Road and County Road 94. Oversized load, driver wants assistance to go south on Preston through construction. Advised driver he will need an escort service and to plan a different route.
