The Flower Mound Police Department was involved in the following incidents:
Arrests
Edgar Carrasco, 25, was arrested May 23 in the 2000 block of Silveron Blvd. on warrants for not having a drivers license and speeding. Bond was set at $405.60 and $387.10, respectively. He was fined $315.90 for not having a drivers license.
Jon Damon Aston, 45, was arrested May 21 in the 200 block of Rock Ramsey Road in Decatur for using a cell phone in a school zone, failure to appear in court and speeding. Bond was set at $297, $342 and $343, respectively.
Luis Davis Herrero-Quino, 23, was arrested May 22 in the 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane on warrants for theft. Bond was set at $7,500.
Nicholas Michael Pallugna, 21, was arrested May 23 in the 4700 block of Hwy. 377 on warrants for speeding, not having insurance, failure to appear in court and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $477.10, $609.70 and $327.60 for the first three charges.
Rodriguez Sedale Charleston, 24, was arrested May 23 in the 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane on warrants for speeding, failure to signal a turn and failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $231, $233 and $342, respectively.
Ricardo Huerta, 40, was arrested May 24 in the 4100 block of Kirkpatrick Lane on warrants for theft. Bond was set at $3,500.
Burglary of a habitation
Jewelry valued at $10,000 and five birth certificates valued at $5 were stolen May 19 in the 5200 block of Long Prairie Road.
Theft
A Samsung 46-inch LED TV and two digital thermostats valued at $1,475.56 were stolen between May 22-23 in the 3900 block of Saturn Street.
Seven PayPower Visa cards valued at $3,798 were stolen May 24 in the 2600 block of Flower Mound Road.
An Apple iPhone 4S cell phone valued at $599 was stolen May 24 in the 4100 block of Marbella Drive.
